ServicePlan application expands dealer-fleet partnerships through enhanced contract maintenance services

ServicePlan is a managed care solution that enables comprehensive service management programs from the more than 4,500 dealers for the over 30,000 fleets on the Decisiv SRM platform.

With ServicePlan, service providers can take on the responsibility for managing preventive maintenance, including recalls and campaigns, to meet fleet scheduling and maintenance requirements for their assets’ entire service lifecycle. Using the new solution to manage assets for their customers, they can aggregate fault data from remote diagnostics systems to facilitate repairs.
Service providers can also take advantage of reporting options, automatically update asset inspection and service information, and provide fleets with visibility into service events and timely reports to track compliance and services provided.
