How Fleets Use the Platform

Connected to your existing asset management or fleet maintenance software system, the SRM platform quickly loads the most up-to-date information about your assets. It can also be seamlessly integrated with OEM and leading third-party telematics vendors to automate the capture of data on asset usage and performance, and to trigger notifications based on approaching and overdue maintenance items, as well as high-severity faults.

As part of creating service requests for breakdowns or scheduled maintenance, fleets have access to critical information at the point of service. This information includes the asset’s service history and warranty status; scheduled preventive maintenance and other pending work; and telematics and diagnostic data.

During a service event, the Decisiv fleet maintenance platform provides easy access to all electronic communications, including real-time status updates, and enables the electronic approval of estimates. When the service event is completed, all information about it, including VMRS-coded repair data, is sent to your back-office asset management or fleet maintenance applications.
