MVASIST Introduces myMVOPS
Mack service locations using MVASIST have already developed their own powerful set of service operations. To enhance the base operations package in cooperation with our partner, Decisiv Inc., we will soon offer a shared community space called myMVOPS. For MVASIST users, myMVOPS provides a far greater base of packaged repair plans to select from - created by MVASIST users based on front-line experience.

Field Communications
Mack service locations can now communicate directly from the MVASIST platform with Mack Service and Fleet field staff, component suppliers and others involved in providing the highest level of customer service.

The power of MVASIST as a communications and service write-up tool is clear at Nextran, which has used the Decisiv-built platform to significantly increase the quality and value of relationships with customers like Kenan Advantage. “MVASIST helps improve effective labor rates and drives greater efficiency in the service management process,” says Nick Abatecola, Nextran's general manager in its Pompano Beach, Florida location. MVASIST at Kenan Advantage... operates over 1,000 Mack Trucks. The largest independent fuel delivery carrier in North America has operations in 32 states that annually distribute approximately 260 billion gallons of petroleum products.
Kenan was one of the first users of the MVASIST Fleet Portal and has experienced a profound change in its relationship with the various Mack Trucks locations servicing its fleet.
