Freightliner Fleet Programs
Initial rollout in the 1st quarter of 2009 at Freightliner service locations will be concurrent with rollout of the Freightliner fleet-facing version of the Decisiv Service Management Platform (DSMP). Fleet Basic will immediately improve communications between service locations and the Freightliner fleet customers.
Key Components:
Fleet Profile: Participating Freightliner fleets create an electronic profile with contact information, operational and vehicle notes. The fleet may also provide a unique vehicle inspection to be performed when the vehicle arrives at a DSMP service location.
Transaction Portal: Fleet managers receive immediate notification of service transactions as they occur and are able to view service write-ups, any notes provided by the service location, results of the inspection and any related documents or photos at the service location (e.g. damaged parts). Instant feedback is delivered to the service location by the fleet manager.
Fleet Basic will be provided to participating fleets at NO CHARGE.
Available in the 2nd quarter of 2009 and offered as a service upgrade Fleet Plus will enable fleet customers to expand the use of the DSMP and provide service locations with significant opportunities to grow their business.

Consolidated Dashboard: Expanding on the transaction portal (see above) the Fleet Plus service provides fleet managers with a consolidated view of all service transactions occurring on the fleet’s vehicles in real-time. Fleet Plus harnesses the full power of the DSMP, enabling fleet managers to efficiently work through all of the fleet’s pending service transactions without leaving the portal.
Service Request: With Fleet Plus the service request is “pushed” to a selected service location. The service location receives a notification that includes information from the fleet profile (see above) along with comments from the fleet manager or breakdown center. Once the service location accepts the service request, DSMP functions begin on both sides and the service write-up process commences prior to the vehicle’s arrival.
Historical View: The Fleet Plus dashboard also provides fleet managers with a historical view and search capability of all DSMP service events related to their vehicles, including all related information (such as inspections and surveys) about the transactions.
FleetPlus requires a transaction fee, paid by the fleet of $7.50 per event (retail). Volume discounts will be available for participating large national fleets.
