Chairman
Larry Settle brings more than 40 years of expertise to Decisiv. His strengths lie in creating, managing, guiding, investing in and advising "early-stage" technology companies. Mr. Settle
founded Sage Software / Intersolv which he took public in 1976 - and has also spent the last 20 years successfully investing in and advising the direction of newly-formed companies. Most recently, Mr. Settle was a key advisor and Chairman of the Board of Amteva Technologies subsequently sold to Cisco Systems. As Decisiv's Chairman, Mr. Settle assists Decisiv's management team with determining strategic direction and optimizing tactical opportunities.
Dean Dodrill has held various technology related positions over the past 20 years including senior project management positions with NCR and ATT. He founded Amteva Technologies in 1995 and, as its President/CEO, led the company through design and development of the industry's first internet based Unified Communications software platform. Mr. Dodrill secured funding for Amteva through strategic technology partners including AT&T, Bell Canada and Cisco Systems. In 1999, Mr. Dodrill sold Amteva to Cisco Systems.
Steve Hayes brings unparalleled industry expertise to Decisiv. With 16 years in fixed operations management at an industry-leading dealership, Mr. Hayes led the dealership's Fixed Operations Group to numerous awards, including top-grossing Fixed Operations dealer and the number-one dealer in customer satisfaction. Mr. Hayes left his successful dealership Fixed Operations experience to create Hayes-Ligon Corporation, the automotive industry's most successful electronic service pricing guide publisher. Mr. Hayes creation is installed in over 9,000 dealership locations with more than a dozen manufacturer private label agreements and endorsements. Today, Mr. Hayes

Decisiv's sales and implementation training engagements for Decisiv's Service Management Platform, the first service write up system dedicated to the medium and heavy duty truck industry.
Dick Hyatt more than 25 years of experience building, managing and growing early stage technology companies including SAGE Systems, Automation Partners, Hayes-Ligon (sold to ADP Dealer Services) and Amteva Technology (sold to Cisco Systems). Prior to his tenure at Decisiv, Mr. Hyatt was a Director of Marketing in Cisco's Unified Communications business. Mr. Hyatt is responsible for all aspects of building a world class team of industry and technology experts and delivering high quality, profit improving products and services leading to long term customer satisfaction.
